Booking & Payment
If you've found your way here, then you should have already had a chat about services with Matthew or Paul to discuss your needs.
Feel free to book your session below.
If you haven't made payment already (and your session is a paid-for one) please scroll down to pay. Any session that has not been paid for more than 48 hours in advance will be cancelled without warning.
Please note:
- Bookings can be made 24 hours in advance (48 hours for intake sessions).
- You'll be able to make bookings up to 2 months in advance.
- We use Calendly for bookings. You'll also get emails from Calendly with bookings and links if the meeting is online. Check your spam if you can't find the email.
Timezones:
Calendly SHOULD change timezone to where you are. It's important to check your booking is in the right timezone. Be particularly vigilant about this if you're on holiday while booking (or your booking is for while you're on holiday), when you come back from holiday (sometimes Calendly gets stuck), or if you're in Europe as the 1-hour difference won't be as obvious until one of us is sitting online waiting an hour before the other is ready.
Cancellations and changes to booked sessions
Please note that all cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of a session are classed as 'no show' and no refund or re-booking will be allowed. (Check your contract as there are some exceptions to this rule.)
If you're booking an intake session (eg if you haven't spoken to us before) and change or cancel within 24 hours of your session, you won't be able to rebook for free and will be charged at the usual rate for any further sessions.
